Job Description Aviana Nrit – July 2009

  1. Cognos Trainer:
    1. Excellent  Communication skills
    2. Sound Knowledge of Cognos modules – Overall Cognos overview and specific modules – OLAP, Reporting,
    3. Hands on experience in teaching above modules for 3 years+
    4. Atleast 1-2 years of Cognos development experience
    5. Cognos Certification in any module is preferable
    6. BE/MCA/BSC
  1. Sales Executive – BI
    1. Minimum 3 years experience in selling Business Intelligence Services to Indian/Global clients
    2. MBA degree in business management
    3. Hands-on experience in selling BI services using Cognos/Business Objects is preferred
    4. Excellent Communication skills
    5. Willing to travel extensively within India

  1. Management Analyst Positions/Los Angeles,California(Full time):
    1. Requires BS in Engineering, MBA highly desirable
    2. 5 years experience in wood, furniture, or cabinet manufacturing industries
    3. The candidate shall be responsible for supporting the Program Controls function for a large program or multiple small programs, shall develop and analyze program plans and schedules considering development life cycle models, and shall develop and maintain the Performance Measurement Baseline and change approval process.
    4. The candidate shall perform critical path analysis on the Integrated Master Schedule, resource analysis and resource leveling
    5. The candidate shall support the preparation of Variance Analysis Reports providing analysis to identify and reconcile program performance including “what-if” scenarios, program impact analysis and corrective action development and management.
    6. Salary commensurate with experience.
